Bloxwich is a historic town in the Metropolitan Borough of Walsall in the West Midlands. The settlement developed from a small rural community into an industrial town during the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries, with metalworking, nail making and other manufacturing industries becoming important to its economy. Today it is an established residential and local service centre north of Walsall.
